MANAXX is the only freeze-dried extract of Uncaria tomentosa commercially available in the world. Its differentiation from other existing commercial presentations is the key of its quality and leadership. These extracts are freeze-dried under an own and exclusive formula, in order to remove water by sublimation and only maintain its active principles and discard cellulose. For this purpose extracts are previously frozen at eutectic point, and exposed inside a high vacuum tunnel to a decreasing and prolonged program of temperatures which do not exceed 45° in the nucleus of product, until all crystallized water is directly evacuated as vapor without passing again through the liquid state. This process permits, through physical and non-chemical means, to keep all the active principles of Uncaria tomentosa without alterations and in concentrations of optimal pureness which make of MANAXX a standardized product of a very first quality and absolute bio-availability, which guarantee its biological activity and efficiency.
There are other presentations of Uncaria tomentosa in the market which cannot be compared to MANAXX, like capsules made of bark micropulverized from natural drying or industrial air-drying and spray-dried extracts, among others which are less important.
Micropulverized and encapsulated barks are equivalent to raw material used to make extracts that freeze-dried are called MANAXX. A first difference is in the secondary effects caused by the use of micropulverized barks as proved by clinical studies divulged by the Health National Authority, while MANAXX freeze-dried extracts do not cause any secondary effect as informed by the same source according to corresponding clinical trials made.
The improper taking of the cellulose contained in the encapsulated micropulverized barks is a remarkable factor of the inconvenience of such presentation, because it is a material not assimilated by the body and, besides, it potentially facilitates the proliferation of bacteria and molds, limits the availability of the active principles and suggests the need to consume big physical quantities to reasonably reach to its biological action.
The concentration of active principles of Uncaria tomentosa in MANAXX categorically illustrates its superiority against presentations of micropulverized barks, as one tablet of MANAXX of 90 net mg of freeze-dried extract is equivalent to 3,000 mg of bark due to its conversion ratio 33 to 1 from raw material to final product, while the capsules usually contain 150 to 500 mg of bark. The quantitative and qualitative difference is clear.
Spray-dried extracts are dried at temperatures over 180°, which situate them without discussion in an category inferior to freeze-dried MANAXX which is dried at 45° in the nucleus. This is because the high temperatures necessarily affect some of the active principles of Uncaria tomentosa, decomposing them or improperly modifying them, therefore regrettably damaging its biological action and general quality.
INDICATIONS
The beneficent known effects are obtained from aqueous extracts which free the active agents making them assimilable by the organism which, otherwise, cannot duly accredit their effects.
ManaXX is immune-stimulant, has antiinflammatory values which explain its effects on arthritis and rheumatism, as well as it has antimutagenic and antioxidant effects.
DOSE
Manaxx shall be preferably used for prolonged periods, it is suggested to take 1 to 3 tablets per day.

The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru analyses in its laboratories lot by lot, the whole Uncaria tomentosa (Willd.)DC. entered to our industrial factory for its aqueous extraction and freeze-drying, and later on, the produced tablets, confirming, through chromatographic tests, the presence of the active principles which identify it, and guarantee that ManaXX is a Freeze-dried Extract of Uncaria tomentosa (Willd.)DC.PRESENTATION
The presentation of ManaXX in 30 tablets of 90 milligrams of freeze-dried extract, 100% natural, facilitates the exact equivalence to the usual consumptions from the cooking of barks of Uncaria tomentosa (Willd.)DC., unmistakably guaranteing the presence of its active agents ready to be properly assimilated by the organism.
Each tablet of ManaXX contains 90 net milligrams of Freeze-dried Extract of Uncaria tomentosa (Willd.)DC.
